We are looking for a Business/Office Manager on a full-time basis to help us achieve our objectives and manage an efficient office.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent administration skills together with the adaptability and willingness to support the office staff team, our Organisational Board and Steering Group. You will have excellent written and verbal communication and be able to thrive within a small and diverse team.
We require an experienced professional with a history of managing payroll on a monthly basis, dealing with external stakeholders, processing payments and issuing claims/invoices. You will also have experience in liaising with HR, Legal and IT to ensure compliance and efficient office practices. A working knowledge of GDPR and Salesforce software is desired.
